Marinova named Employer of Choice
Marinova has been formally recognised as an Employer of Choice by the Tasmanian State Government.
The prestigious Employer of Choice Recognition Program celebrates employers who are creating positive workplaces through best practice. The program highlights employers who demonstrate a commitment to investing in staff wellbeing, inclusive practices, promote positive work life balance, and demonstrate best practice through their workplace policies and procedures.
Speaking of the recognition, company CEO Mr Paul Garrott said, “Creating and maintaining a vibrant organisational culture is an integral part of any successful business. Marinova was officially acknowledged by the Employer of Choice Recognition Program by the Minister for Skills, Training and Workforce Growth, Felix Ellis MP, in November 2023.
